Requesting Access to a Record Process
- If you would like to request access to a record, please complete Form 2.
- Please email your completed form to lee@kpims.co.za.
- Please note the associated fees for processing your request are displayed on the request form.
- Once the request form has been reviewed you will receive a completed Form 3 back to your specified email address. This will detail the outcome of the request and the fees payable for the request.
- Once your payment has been received the record sharing process will be initiated.
